Looking for someone to share my cat with - she needs a break from my kids!

We have a lovely black female cat who isn't very happy at home at the moment. She is 13 years old and is used to a quiet life. We have a two year old and a newborn baby and the poor cat is just constantly hiding and trying to get some peace. We just don't have much time for her at the moment as much as we are trying our best. I would prefer not to re-home her. I am hoping to maybe find someone who likes cats but can't commit to having one full time, who may like for her to come and visit so she can have some peace and attention. She is very friendly and likes to sit and get petted. She is more or less an indoor cat these days as she doesn't like fighting with the neighbourhood cats so rarely ventures out. I will be happy to provide food and cat litter for the duration of her stay, and will drop her off and collect her. She would probably suit an older person looking for an occasional fluffy companion. Lucky is about 5 years old and has lived with me for 3 years. I got him from a rescue centre after he had been found with a broken leg after a road accident. He is fully fit, a lovely companion who is happy with adults and children alike. He loves lots of fuss. He isn't keen on other cats and is very protective of his territory. I would say he needs to be the only cat in the household. Because of my change of circumstances I need to find him a new loving home. I have full vet records.
