Gym is equipped for sitting bench press, reverse fly and pev deck. Dimensions are 201cm high, 162cm length and 101cm width. Perfect gym if space is limited. Only damage is shown in the photos. Pec deck padding has come loose from staples and padding on back support is torn on to right corner. This in no way interferes with the gyms functionally.

The Marcy MP that is for sale here was expertly assembled about 18 months ago and will save you hours of head scratching grief and confusion of trying to put one of these together from scratch. (These are supplied new in about 200 pieces, with just basic assembly instructions.) DP Bodytone 300 Multi Gym - Small Multi Gym for the Home in

I guess I bought this 25 years ago and last used it 20 years ago !! Scratches and blemishes but in full working condition and great for home exercising. The DP BodyTone 300 Multi-Gym uses a pair of adjustable hydraulic pumps for 6 different resistance levels. Each of the rowing arms can be operated independently or together to do either the standard rowing exercise or an alternating rowing exercise. By attaching the bench seat to the sliding seat poles and then laying on my back, two arm pullovers and alternating pullovers can be done to give my shoulder and chest muscles a work-out. By attaching the bench seat into the post near the feet and flipping the machine on end so that the bench seat rests on the floor, the rowing arms of the DP BodyTone 300 Multi-Gym can be used for squats, bench presses, bicep curls, shoulder presses and shoulder shrug.
