Sylvanian Families Beechwood Hall This is a brand new and still sealed box (original sellotape sealed by manufacturer) which was a duplicate gift for my daughter. The set is the hall only and does not include any furniture or figures. Photos include photos of the actual sealed box along with some manufacturer photos. Please note that the box has a very small dent on one side however this is small and I have added a photo to show this. There is also a very small bit of creasing next to the recommended age and I have added a photo to show this too.
