No box or instructions etc. This is a rare, very good condition version 1 pedal (the best sounding one in my opinion) and is hard to get hold of in the UK. Another very good feature of this pedal is that is only engages when you step on it, and disengages when you take your foot off it, so no tap dancing or leaving the wah on by mistake.
