I am advertising this scooter for my mum who lives in Hemsby, Norfolk. This is a solid heavy Rascal 388S scooter. Only used occasionally for about a year due to owner becoming bed ridden. Over £500 worth of extras including a full rain canopy made of waterproof canvas, an extra bag at the rear and a mirror. (Receipts available). The canopy has clear vinyl windows, side access doors with zips. These are not the thin plastic you see on some scooters. These can be raised in hot weather or completely removed.
