Much loved 16 channel Studiomaster mixing desk for sale with beautiful British EQ and modular construction. This has been used to record several albums and gigged very occasionally too. It's a very solidly build and sweet sounding desk but I've finally had to accept that I'm never going to use it again and so I'm looking for someone who can give it a loving home. Condition is good with a full compliment of knobs and faders and all the LEDs etc work. It has 16 channels, all with mic and line inputs, inserts and direct outs, 4 aux sends, a great sounding 3 band EQ with sweepable mid. There's phantom power, XLR main outs with inserts and the usual returns and tape input in the Control section. It's a modular construction, meaning that each channel is on its own circuit board and all the XLR connectors are bolted in individually so in the unlikely event that one channel should fail, the rest of the mixer will continue to function perfectly. It has a home made flight case which is not going to win any beauty competitions, but has kept it safe and sound and you're welcome to take it (or not, as the case may be). There is some residue from stickers where channels have been labelled which I've not cleaned off, partly from a "where do you stop" point of view. It should clean off fairly easily and you may be someone who wants to take off all the knobs and faders and get it really looking pristine – or you may apply a fresh strip of masking tape, "old school" style. I've given this a goog test and all channels are working fine but you're welcome to come and give it a really thorough one over before buying to make sure you're completely happy with it. Read More

For sale is a Behringer MXX -channel 4-bus inline mixing console/mixing desk. The item is in great condition: I've powered it up and tested audio through all the input and output channels and it seems to be working absolutely fine. I've been using this desk with an 8-channel reel to reel tape recorder for over 2 years now and I haven't come across any problems. The desk has 16 mic/line inputs each with a TRS jack insert, gain, hi-pass filter (I think at 80Hz), a 4-band EQ with 2 sweepable mid bands and an EQ bypass switch, 2 pre/post fader sends, 4 post fader sends, a pan pot, 10cm volume fader and a routing matrix to each of the 6 stereo outputs (2 'main' outputs and 4 output busses). It offers 4 stereo FX returns and an internal FX processor with 32 different effects: great for live events. The desk also has an inline 'Mix B', which offers an extra 16 line inputs for tape or DAW returns for monitoring. This desk is extremely flexible and offers a wide range of possible uses.
