I have three lovely pretty little drakes for sale, they are Miniature Silver Appleyards, hatched 28th June . Mum was hand reared so they will feed out of your hand. Will make brilliant pets, grate with children, or will make a beautiful edition to a collection. They are a small ornamental duck breed so only need as little water as a paddling pool per two ducks, but they need good protection from foxes and dogs. I'm having to sell these darlings because it's not fair on my duck, and I don't have enough space to keep them separate. Feel free to email me if interested or to ask any questions. Not for eating.

The mini appleyards are the lighter ducks in the picture. Any questions on care welcome. I wrote a lengthy description and lost it all whilst waiting for the photo to load. These ducklings are 12 weeks plus and already nearly grown up. Males make quiet decorative and entertaining pets. Need water to be truly happy, pond or stream preferred although a duck pond which is regularly topped up with fresh water is also good. Pellets to eat, greens, slugs bugs, grass, these are easy pets to keep. Shut them up at night if you don't want foxes or predatory pets to get them. They can fly so may need their wings clipped in certain situations but ours don't fly away. They love their home....
