It was on show in Birmingham Miniatura in It is a handmade masterpiece and is offered as a unique house as I commissioned Mike to make the dimensions to my specifications. This unique property will prove to be extremely popular with any serious collectors. 12th scale dolls house made of MDF. Approx 41 inches high, 21 deep (including the street piece), 20 wide. Includes the contents seen in the photo, and the dust! Needs a little bit of work This was my mum's, so it's a wrench to sell it, but I just don't have the space to keep it and it is quite heavy for me to move. I prefer room-boxes these days!
