Microbiology with Diseases by Body System R. Bauwman Biomedical Science Book

A fundamental for those studying a medical science degree! I found this very useful (and an interesting read) when studying the microbiology module. It gives a broad coverage of the types of pathogens that are present. It's relevant and descriptive, out of the other books available I would recommend this one, plus its extra cheap! Chapters include cell cycle, characterisation of different microorganisms and pathogens, genetics and body part specific pathophysiology (ie nervous system, the eyes, the skin etc.) If you are new to studying microbiology it is definitely very helpful. Very useful if your studying a medical science degree! Used condition but sill very much functional. This book is great for those studying medical science degrees, it gives a thorough rundown on microbiological diseases covering bacteria, fungi, viruses and amoebas and other multicellular organisms.
