Young cats in desperate need of rehoming

11 month old female black cat. Very sweet and affectionate. 6 month old male tabby cat. Funny lap cat. Extremely affectionate. I'm reluctantly having to rehome these 2. I live on the 2nd floor flat and thought it would be ok to keep indoor cats. But I was wrong. They are so bored and desperate to go out. My female cat has jumped from my balcony 4 times and I'm worried she will kill herself. I've bought toys and an activity centre but they are fed up.
