It's pretty old now and this is clear, as it looks a bit tired. Some scuffs and minor stains but generally pretty good condition. The biggest stain, in picture, is on one side of a seat cushion but they sit either way round so hasn't been an issue. Metal action all works as it's supposed to and mattress is there and in good condition. Dimensions; W = 172cm D = 235cm (when laid out as bed) H = 44cm (bed) H = 77cm (sofa max height) It will require 2 people and a van to collect.
