Immaculate cosmetic condition and perfect working order. Mesa Boogie Mark iii Blue Stripe, comes with the flight case and protective sleeve. Gutted to have to let this go as it is without doubt the best amp i have ever used. The fourth revision was the "Blue Stripe" Mark III which featured a blue marker stripe above the power cord. The amplifier was voiced so bright, it is considered to be the most aggressive Mark Series Boogie ever introduced. Looking for a quick sale due to the very good price. This is the newer version with improved "more blackface" clean channel and can have EITHER channel 5, 25 or 50 watts. Assignable graphic and solo level. The volume taper is perfect and you can use any mode at home volume and it sounds great. I don't think youtube vids do it and justice as you can basically get any sound out of it especially with the blues and burn modes. AND it's the first Mesa I've heard with a great reverb! Superb Amp, one of the best of the now 6 boogies I have had, only selling as I was given an F30, I have compared them both and they both edge each other in certain ways and even now I am not sure if I have made the right decision, both are not to heavy but the F30 is a bit lighter and with my dodgy back it was what swung me, the Rocket is 45 watts as compared to the F30s 30 watts, the rocket is a direct decendent of the F30 so very similar, comes with padded cover, £650 ono, poss swap PX.. Very Good condition Mesa Amp & Cab brought from GAK less than a year ago, comes with all receipts and used at home only.The Amp is switchable between 100 or 50 Watts has clean/dirt and anything else you want. I will Swap with a Mesa Express Combo 2x12 or Lonestar Combo 2x12 or any other small 2x12 Boutique.I have seen Mesa Stiletto Amps on this and other sites, Reverb and Pre-Loved for a grand for the Amp only, so this is a real bargain. Mesa Boogie Studio Pre with IIC++ (Modded by Mesa Boogie USA)

This is an extremely rare Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp with IIC++ Mod. Mesa don't do these mods anymore, and this is only one of THREE Studio Pre's with this mod in existence! Click on the 'video' tab below to hear audio samples Sent back to Mesa Boogie USA in June for full service (can provide documentation) Its no secret that the studio pre circuitry is the closest you can get to a real IIC+ without having to spend £+. Match this preamp + mod with a good power amp you have basically the same tone as a real IIC+ for a fraction of the price. What makes this amp unique is that it has an extra +, as in it is a IIC++, which is the EXACT same mod that James Hetfield from Metallica had done to his Mesa Boogie. Mesa Boogie MK III Combo

This is an 80s Mesa Boogie Mk III Simulclass 1 x 12 combo.Rated at 100 in simulclass or 60w by switching to class A. This amp is iconic and has so many features that it is much sought after. The amp is over 30 years old and though showing some signs of wear it is in great condition for its age. Its effectively a 3 channel amp via the pull dials on the front or by the foot switches supplied. It also has a 5 band EQ which can be set on/off or auto. Around the back it has a direct output socket with its own volume, a send and return circuit, presence, reverb and extension speaker output sockets. And as mentioned, the simulclass/Class A switch. The speaker is an Electrovoice and has an awesome sound. The transformer is heavy duty and contributes to the massive sound too. The whole amp is wonderfully huge sounding yet can be tamed via the master and lead master dials on the front. The clean tone is fabulous and the overdrive channels are singing, give a truly versatile amp. It had an overhaul about a year ago and new preamp and power valves have been fitted. The power valves are JJ's and are super smooth. Mesa Boogies are collectable and will always retain their value, but best of all, they're great amps, so play loud!
