Phil Morrison designed "Hooligan" first measured in so eligible for some classic events. This boat was stripped and re-decked in so is in sound condition but would benefit from additional coats of varnish. It has been dry stored over the winter in my garage. It has a good jib but the main is very old but usable for training. (Several people at my club offered me good club racing mains for under £100). There is a spinnaker but I haven't used it. It has the lines and pole but needs tubes to hold the pole attaching to the boom according to your preference. It comes on a combi-trailer which appears to be in good condition. Merlin Rocket - hull number . Wooden hull in basically sound condition (see photos) but boat unused for several years. Comes complete with all fittings: needlespar mast. Boom, spinnaker pole. You will need a road trailer to collect this boat from Havant. To go sailing you will need: 1 bung for the front buoyancy tank (see pic) a bung for one of the buoyancy bags and 3 sail battens (I mislaid them, sorry). All the above offered for £150 cash, fixed price, no offers. I also have 2 spare mainsails and a spare jib which can be included for another £50 if needed, but I can sell these separately later if they are not required, it's the space that the boat is occupying that I need! A merlin rocket sailing Dinghy. Sails beautifully, however, It has holed where the shroud ripped out a couple of years ago and i've sadly let it get into this state as have no garage to repair it or store it. The sails are 1 Jib 2 mains, 1 spinnaker. Sails are old and i have photos but still crispy and kept dry. there is also a Mast Boom, foils, and spinnaker pole (though i'll need to find this). It could make a great boat for someone I have photos of the day it was holed. It has been sailed on fresh water. The combi trailer is in need of a paint but all works. I used the trailer last year to move another boat. price reflects the state of the hull but there is some value in the sails and trailer. my desire is to sell as a package not bits so that it can be repaired by someone or they sell the bits. so its take it all or nothing!
