Full assembly and user guide. 145lbs machine, targeted muscle groups are shoulder, pectoral, biceps,abdominal, forearm, quadriceps, calf muscle, trapezius, tricep, back, gluteal and hamstring muscles. Pretty much everything. It the book it has basic training programmes for you get to get started with. Unfortunately due to having a really bad medical condition I'm no longer able to use this.
