I have for sale my Leisure 27 sailing yacht. This boat is ready to go. Currently on a swinging moring in keyhaven near Lyimington. She has a 13hp volvo penta inboard engine, main sail, a furling genoa, spinnaker and storm jib. Engine was fully serviced over the winter with oil and all filters changed. Last year I had: The steel fuel tank removed due to corrosion and replaced with a plastic one. New Cockpit canopy and spray dodgers although the dodgers suffered some small damage over last summer. 2x new batteries which are charged from a 100w solar panel via a regulator. All running rigging replaced New jabsco toilet. She comes with: Centre steering wheel 2 burner gas hob and oven Garmin GPS VHF with AIS Raymarine auto helm Raymarine speed and log indicator Raymarine wind direction indicator (although this does not work) Navigation lights 12 volt lighting in cabin 240 volt socket via shore power Anti-foul done in the spring. She has a whole list of things included with her including, sails, spinnaker, fenders, bilge pump, fuel tank, flexi water tank, spinnaker pole, mooring warps, boom, mast with new VHF Ariel fitted and more. She does finishing off inside as it is pretty much a blank canvas to do with as you please. I really do wish I had time to invest in finishing her off but as family and job commitments get larger free time is at a premium. The outside is finished just needs a new lick of antifoul which we have and a coat of varnish which we also have.
