Maximuscle Multi-Gym, originally purchased as a Christmas present for me 2 years ago but have never had the space to put it up. R.R.P. at time of purchase was £. Reluctantly selling due to it taking up storage room I no longer have unfortunately. Comes packaged in the box with original cable ties still on it, there is a bit of wear on the top of box number 3 (see pic) where the cable ties have been used to lift it but none of the boxes have ever been opened. As shown in the 3rd picture it comes with some extras to help with your workouts. Am selling due to upgrading and need the space. I guess I bought this 25 years ago and last used it 20 years ago !! Scratches and blemishes but in full working condition and great for home exercising. The DP BodyTone 300 Multi-Gym uses a pair of adjustable hydraulic pumps for 6 different resistance levels. Each of the rowing arms can be operated independently or together to do either the standard rowing exercise or an alternating rowing exercise. By attaching the bench seat to the sliding seat poles and then laying on my back, two arm pullovers and alternating pullovers can be done to give my shoulder and chest muscles a work-out. By attaching the bench seat into the post near the feet and flipping the machine on end so that the bench seat rests on the floor, the rowing arms of the DP BodyTone 300 Multi-Gym can be used for squats, bench presses, bicep curls, shoulder presses and shoulder shrug. Total Gym machines are part of the one-machine-for-multiple-exercises group of fitness equipment. While other strength training equipment are specifically built for one or a few different exercises, you can use the total gym to workout the entire body. As such, the amount of floor real estate is quite limited by comparison since you can only have one such machine in your home gym instead of purchasing one for each exercise.
