This is 3 wheel system which is highly maneuverable thanks to the front swivel wheel, this can also be locked. Buggy can be used from birth to approx. 4 years. Back and leg rest are adjustable, all seat covers are washable. Few minor scratches on chassis due to normal wear and tear however both back tyres are brand new and never been used. Foam on handle bar has also been replaced and is brand new without any scratches.
