This is Luna, she is 4 years old nearly and comes from Cyprus where she has had a tough life so far. She was an unloved stray dog and found by the charity i foster for (pets2adopt Cyprus) in the public pound in terrible conditions. The moment I saw her photo I knew she had problems but I just had to foster her here in the UK and help her to find a better future. She is such a loving and affectionate dog and her trust for humans amazes me after the life she has had so far! Luna is blind in one eye and also has a condition called leishmaniasis, this is a condition caused by a sand fly bite but is not contagious to dogs here in the U.K. As we do not have those flies. She is on one tablet a day and can lead a perfectly normal life. The tablets are not expensive (around £3 a month). This sweet girl deserves a future and a family. Home check and adoption fee apply.
