It does have hook and loop chest fastening which can be tight on a large chested horse. but this can be sorted with a buckle extension. Used condition!!! In need of a wash. I washed down the outside and is definitely waterproof. No rips or tears. All straps are the rugs own. Does not have leg straps. Even when bought new this rug doesn't have leg straps. Comes with rugs own adjustable fillet tape. Not cheap fillet string. Selling as youngster has out grown it. Going put money towards a new one that fits. Paypal only. Masta navy blue 6ft3 turnout. Approximately 350g. My horse has outgrown he's between 6ft3 & 6ft6ft and it's now a tad too small for him. It's just been professionally washed and re-proofed. It's also had a new Velcro fastening attached to neck cover plus a small tear patched up which you can make out from the photos. It is secondhand hence has small signs of wear and tare but still got plenty of use left in it. Ive tried to include as many photos as poss to show people it's condition.
