This happened recently when I took it out for an urgent Anniversary gig. Great sounding guitar and incredibly comfortable to play. Sitka spruce top, mahogany back/sides - all solid. Guatemalan Rosewood fingerboard and bridge. 24.9" Scale. 1 3/4" Bone Nut. Martin hard case. Fishman Matrix Infinity pickup. It's less than a year old and I'll be sorry to part with it, but a vintage guitar has caught my eye, so pretty much everything I own has to go. It has a some shine in the satin finish around the pick guard, and a tiny little nick/scratch in the finish in the same area. I have tried to show these in the last photo. Other than that the condition is excellent. Local pick up only, I really don't want to ship this. Sorry. (However, if you're not too far away I might be able to meet you half way.) Martin 00L-17 Whiskey Sunset with Fishman Matrix Infinity Pickup and Martin Hard Case

£ ono Lovely all solid wood guitar (made in the USA), with Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle. Sounds great and has excellent projection. The satin finish is incredibly thin, which really lets the gorgeous warm, clear tone of the guitar shine through. It's incredibly comfortable to play, with Martin's modified low oval neck and performing artist taper. The scale length is 24.9" and the nut width is 1 3/4". The action is nice and low, and the intonation is spot-on. A little over 6 months old (still has that lovely new Martin smell!) and in excellent overall condition apart from a small area of shine in the satin finish around the pick guard, and a tiny (about 3mm long) nick/scratch in the finish in the same area. I have tried to show these in the last photo. I'll be very sorry to see it go, but I need to free up some funds and sadly I can't justify keeping it. Martin D28 and Martin hardshell case

I Purchased this guitar in from Northern acoustics in Leeds. The iconic Martin D28. I have never seen a bad review about these guitars. I had to have it repaired due to the nitro cellulose lacquer reacting to an item of clothing I was wearing. The repair was done by reputable luthier Jim Fleeting who did a great job. There is slight line where the new lacquer joins the old application, but it is hardly noticeable unless you look for it. This was difficult to photograph as it is not visible from every angle. I have used the light reflection and zoomed in in order to magnify it (although it does make it look far worse than it actually is) as I think it is important to show any defects where possible. Apart from slight abrasions the instrument is in otherwise very good condition. I am selling this guitar because I don’t use very often, as I play my OM guitar most of the time.
