Endorsed by Slash, used by Black Crowes, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Joe Bonamassa, this is one of the most collectable Marshall amplifiers of all time. • watt all tube 2 channel 2x12 combo amp • Marshall/Celestion Vintage ohm speakers and el34 power tubes. • Silver Tolex with mirror plate • Lead and Rhythm channel • Output master and input gain are push/pull pots that help achieve a more versatile tone. Marshall Silver Jubilee B 2x12 speaker cabinet *** Please note this is an original made in , not a recent reissue *** Dimensions - 24" x 24" x 12" Speakers - 2 x Celestion G12T-75 Power - 150 watts Impedance - 8 ohms This is a straight front 2x12 speaker cabinet originally designed to make a mini-stack when combined with a A angle front cab and small box Silver Jubilee head. It has two 12" speakers mounted diagonally so the cabinet is 24" square. Being narrower than a "side-by-side" 2x12 cab it is ideal for use with any small amp head or as an extension cab for a combo. It has the original Celestion G12T-75 speakers. I bought this cab in from the original owner. Considering it will be 30 years old this year it is in very good condition. There are a few small marks and nicks on the tolex covering but nothing major. The worst is a scratch near the bottom left corner of the cab, shown close up in one of the photos. Also you might notice the Marshall logo has a slight slope - this has never bothered me! You are welcome to to come and view / try before buying. Personal collection only from my home in Winchester. Marshall JMP 50 Plexi vintage valve amp head, dated by Marshall to or early RECENTLY SERVICED and in full working order. I have owned and used this amp for almost 40 years and I am selling reluctantly now only because I have retired from gigging. The amp has been regularly serviced during a long and active working life. It has therefore undergone some parts replacements, but it retains many original components. I’ve included photos showing the internal electrics and the exterior condition of the case. More pix can be emailed on request. Before offering the amp for sale I’ve had it fully serviced, tested and upgraded to meet modern electrical safety standards. The work was carried out by Chris Taylor at Vintage Amp Services and included a complete re-valve with new Tube Amp Doctor valves, new fuse holders, new safety-compliant standby and on/off switches and a modern I.E.C. mains socket fitted. The mains voltage is hardwired to 240V and the speaker impedance selector to 8ohms. This was for my convenience when the original movable selector inserts were lost. A current equivalent Marshall reissue X head would cost you around £ new. This amp is not a mass-produced reissue, it’s a piece of hand-wired rock ’n roll history from the ’s. Marshall T652 Reissue Alnico Speakers Celestion Made Blue Gold

Very rare reissue speakers made by Celestion for only a few hundred Marshall amps such as the 40th Anniversary Offset JTM45 and based on the very first Marshall Alnico speakers Clapton et al used (these are THE Bluesbreaker speakers). I've tested them and they are tremendous and unmistakably alnicos as opposed to the much more plentiful ceramic drivers. Built by Celestion to similar specs to the legendary Blue, Marshall maintains these are 25w and 16ohm speakers, though internet conjecture suggests sticking to the Blue's 15w. These are the speakers that Nels Cline raves about and would make an ideal for a Bluesbreaker or JTM45 (both of those amps are generally 30w and even the Blue is overspec'd - many makers such as Lazy J fit them in 20w amps!!).
