Marshall Guitar Power Amplifier

The has two separate 100 watt guitar power amplifiers built in. What this means is you can use one side as your main power amp with the other as a back up in case of failure, or you can use it to drive different cabs etc. There are 8 x power tubes in this beast and it is incredibly loud. I've been using with a soldano rack preamp but this would probably pair nicely with Axe fx or a Marshall rack pre. I have never gigged this amp it hasn't left my house, it is almost immaculate apart from some very minor and small marks around the rack holes which you can barely see in the pics. It is in incredible condition. MARSHALL EL POWER AMPLIFIER

Just like expensive hi-fi amps, the EL is a Dual MonoBloc amplifier - meaning that each side (channel) of the stereo amplifier operates as a completely independent unit. Each channel features its own Gain and Presence controls and our highly specialised "True Differential Inverter" circuitry, ensuring that the maximum integrity and pureness of its valve tone is maintained at all times. Each channel also has a remotely switchable "Voice" switch which takes you from 'traditional' (Voice A) to "modern" (Voice B) and will allow you to cut through any mix. 100w Marshall JMP amplifier, serial number SL/A J (manufactured in . A bit of history insomuch as it has spent time in both Metropolis & Olympic studios. Never used since a service by Roland Lumby in Manchester. Early 70s Marshall 4x12 angled cab. In great condition some tears on rear tolex but front grill is in great condition. Has original recessed side handles & 3 original t greenback speakers which date to early , date codes would indicate original speakers. One speaker was blown and has been replaced with a ts from, I think but I can check that for sure. Otherwise internally the wiring etc is as it was when it left the factory. The amp is about 10 years old. It's a valve so you will need to warm it up(just turn the red button on for a few minutes before you play). Its a cracking amp. It does clean, warmth, and a mid overdrive - and a hard overdrive, tone all that stuff. overdrive is real good too. The reverb is bust so im open to offers.
