Here we have my sons PA system / amp/ monitors they are made by a company called samson There are 4 speakers in total but i remember that two of them produced distortion at high volumes the two that worked fine were in a stand up and laid back cabinet that means you could swap to have two standing vertical or two laid back monitors Very loud and very powerful ! CD not working - CD player was always very temperamental - and now remote doesn't work, so not able to test Card or USB mp3 ports, but they were both working fine. Marshall JMP 50 Plexi vintage valve amp head, dated by Marshall to or early RECENTLY SERVICED and in full working order. I have owned and used this amp for almost 40 years and I am selling reluctantly now only because I have retired from gigging. The amp has been regularly serviced during a long and active working life. It has therefore undergone some parts replacements, but it retains many original components. I’ve included photos showing the internal electrics and the exterior condition of the case. More pix can be emailed on request. Before offering the amp for sale I’ve had it fully serviced, tested and upgraded to meet modern electrical safety standards. The work was carried out by Chris Taylor at Vintage Amp Services and included a complete re-valve with new Tube Amp Doctor valves, new fuse holders, new safety-compliant standby and on/off switches and a modern I.E.C. mains socket fitted. The mains voltage is hardwired to 240V and the speaker impedance selector to 8ohms. This was for my convenience when the original movable selector inserts were lost. A current equivalent Marshall reissue X head would cost you around £ new. This amp is not a mass-produced reissue, it’s a piece of hand-wired rock ’n roll history from the ’s. Priced for a quick sale at £995 and no offers thanks. Sorry but I will NOT ship this vintage valve amp COLLECTION ONLY. I might consider delivering the amp or meeting halfway depending on location. for sale guitar amp by,... Peavey Classic VT 212 amp this amp is spares or repairs only here is all the blurb,... Peavey Classic VT 212 amp The VT Classic is not all tube. It has a solid state preamp section and a tube power amp section, basically the opposite of the Marshall Valvestate which has a tube in t he preamp but a solid state power amp. However, I much prefer a tube power amp/solid state preamp to solid state power amp/tube preamp. And those VT series Classics sound pretty good and Power tubes are 2 6l6GC's and the amp is fixed non adjustable bias so normally you will be fine when changing power tubes without a bias check.
