This Mariner 4hp Short Shaft Four Stroke outboard motor has only had around 15 hours fresh water use by the previous mature owner who owned it from new, it comes in very good to excellent cosmetic condition, some marks here and there as you would expect and excellent mechanical condition having done so few hours, it is tiller throttle control and side mount gear control with forward, neutral and reverse gears, fully checked and tested ready to fit and use.
