Parchment deed of acquisition drafted by Nicolaus de Bastardis notary from Modena (16th century) in favour of Francesco of the late Matteo who buys land in Sorbara from Mr and Mrs Giacomo of the late Bartolomeo Bianchini and Alessandra of the late Bono Frignani. The parchment is dated December . Beautiful writing in Latin for easy translation. 8 handwritten pages 24 x 18 cm.Condition: The document is worn and slightly stained. The paper cover is damaged. In good overall condition.¶ The parchment document is enclosed in a coeval blue paper cover where are the data of the act are reported. Interesting notary initials. At the end of the parchment there is another sheet of paper entitled "Ricordo per chi possedera' questo testamento", which is a rare detail.
