Group 1 car seat: 9 - 18 kg ( lbs approx) approx. 9 months - 4.5 years We bought this car seat about 2.5 years ago for £230 and it has been great for my daughter, lasting her from 18months up until 4 years old (she could have stayed in it for longer but we changed cars). Rear facing which means it is super safe, and feels nice and solid/sturdy, no complaints from my daughter. No crashes and seat is in excellent condition. Only thing I would say that isn't perfect is that the reclining position could be better and since it's rear facing it does take up quite a bit of space. The RECARO Polaric offers a big plus in terms of safety: The fold-away metal floor-support provides additional stability for the seat. The seat is fixed using the car's built-in Isofix anchor points.
