These were best quality available from Mamas & Papas (both were over £150 each) and am sure covers are washable. Each mattress used for one child (bought new for second child). Matching nappy changer which sits on top of cot. This is free too with the set. Cot bed was top of range from the "to-order"range. Cot been in our dry loft and all dismantled.
