Pup needs a new home

Absolutely devastated to be writing this advert. I recently got my wee dog, she's a Lhasa Apso x Chihuahua. Roughly 6 months old. She is Fantastic in every single way however my 2 year old son will not leave her alone. He keeps pulling her tail and ears and will not let her be. I feel it is not fair on her to live with him being cruel to her. I have tried to persevere and teach him to be nice to her but he is having none of it! So here it goes: she has just had her visit to the groomers today for her bath and clip. She will come with her lead and collar, and wee harness although she needs a better harness! She has food, bowls a couple toys and her bed to come with also. She is a proper lap dog and just adores every person she meets! She is great with kids (even my son!!) she is good with other dogs but a bit unsure of bigger dogs. She is good with cats also. She is good on walks although her recall needs some work! She has her vaccinating certificate with her and is micro chipped also I cannot stress more that she deserves a 5 star home! And she will not just be handed off to the first person that enquiries! I will be asking questions about your home etc so don't be offended!! I have put a price on her as she will not be handed off to any random person. We have given this week's and weeks of thought. It's not been an easy decision and we have tried every other option to make things work but our little chap needs a home where he can have much more attention than we can give. He has to go to a home where he can have plenty of exercise, and preferably someone who can be around with him through the day (although he doesnt suffer with any sort of separation anxiety, he is a very much happier dog when he has company), at the moment we walk him for 3 hours a days. He is totally fine with children as ours are aged between 4-16 years old. I would prefer him to be with a family who has had previous experience of the breed as they are not an easy breed to look after. He is crate trained and will walk on and off his lead. He is neutered and up to date with all vaccinations etc. He is no health conditions or concerns. Casper, 10-year-old male terrier in rescue needs a new home

Casper is a male, 10-year-old terrier. He was picked up as a stray and so found himself in rescue kennels but we have been able to find out a bit about him from his micro-chip details. He is a friendly little dog who really enjoys human company. He is good with most dogs, prefering females to males. Casper is not suitable to share a home with cats. He has lots of life and character in him and certainly does not act like a 10-year-old. Casper is currently in kennels with Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue. It is with great sadness that i need to rehome my Lhasa Rufus. Due to relationship break up and having to move and work he sadly has not been getting as much attention that is needed for him to thrive and develop.
