Two male degus around 2 1/2 years old to be rehomed due to a change in our home situation. Both very friendly - love their wheel, treats and most of all eating treats in your dressing gown pocket! Must go together as have always been together. Typical brothers squabble over food, but run straight to the cage doors when you enter the room as love attention. Cage is a two tier metal cage on wheels - the top detaches from the base so if your boot is deep enough you can keep them in the cage whilst transferring homes. Hi all, I have 2 degus called Bobby and Bella, I’m sadly having to sell them as my dog feels very jealous when I get them out or give them my attention (it’s impossible to calm him down as he’s super hyper). They will come with all essentials; their cage, food and toys. Bobby(In pic) is about 7 months old and Bella is 4 months. They were introduced to each other about a month ago and they’ve been extremely happy together since. They will come with whatever food or treats I have left, chinchilla dust and bath, hay, wood shavings, food dish, water bottle, 2 running wheels etc. Everything is in great condition for a new pet owner as most items bought from Pets at Home within a year. Only want to rehome to somebody caring and trustworthy, these are not great pets for children, they are intelligent and fast and want to be able to trust people over time as they are very social animals and love to jump and run around you and the room. I’ve spent a lot of time and patience looking after these beauties and they really are adorable, they love having their belly’s rubbed and head tickled often. They also love their sand bath and would prefer using it for a short time at least once a day(not recommended but a short time would be fine). Bobby is a lot more active than Bella and is also a little comedian! Bella is a lovely girl and will be happy just sitting on your hand being petted, she’s also very easy to catch if you tickle her belly before you pick her up. They are little Tarzans in a jungle that love attention once they feel safe around you. Bobby spends a lot of time on the wheel and Bella spends a lot of time behind the wheel and jumping up the cage. Feel free to come round and have a look.
