Hi! I'm very gutted to be having to sell my little hamster Max. He is a 20 month old, Syrian hamster. he is an absolute poppet - he's never EVER bitten anyone and, whilst he is shy, he's very easily handled. He comes with his own 3 storey, fully furnished, luxury mansion with great views! Furnishings include wheel, bed and chew toys. Baby cockatiel, large cage filled with a variety of perches, lots of toys, bag of food and dishes. He is tame, happily 'steps up' to hand on command, will happily sit on shoulder or head. Still unsure of having tickles but is gaining more trust every day. He is only in his cage overnight, during the day we open the cage so he has free flying area of the living room. He is use to this, so it is necessary he finds a forever home with someone where he will be out every day or in an aviary. He whistles and hasnt started to talk yet. Only selling as despite constantly reminding family members to keep doors closed at all times, it is forgotten alot and our cat has almost had him twice. Worried he wont be so lucky next time so feel rehoming him would be best. He loves a bath once a week and loves sweetcorn, peas, millet and pinching cups of tea if he can get chance. Also the pet shop advised me he is a male, but i dont think they can be 100% until hes older or with a DNA test so there is chance he is a female. Georgie is just over 4 months old. We dont know of hes a she or he yet as hes just starting his first moult. He is very tame and loves lots of attention and head scratches. He was hand reared.
