I will shortly be moving abroad and have sadly decided to sell my chinchilla. He's friendly and smart and a lovely pet. He comes with a large cage, plenty of fleeces, a sand bath, some toys, and whatever food etc that I have left. He used to live in a pair but his partner sadly died 3 months ago. It is with sadness that I need to sell my pet chinchilla, due to an upcoming change in circumstances. He is a lovely boy, will come running over for treats, and is fun to watch play. He has lived with another chinchilla before and was happy in that arrangement. He was the more docile of the two. He may be happy to make friends and live with a new male chinchilla. He also seems to be happy on his own. He comes with a very large cage, which can sit with or without wheels, fleeces, water bottle, sand house, covering blanket and any left over food, hay, treats and sand. I can also include a carry cage that is needed if he needs to go in the car to the vets etc. He is such a lovely, fun, gentle boy, and I'm sorry to loose him. These little guys are great friends and fantastic pets. They come with a large cage, giving them a good amount of space and even if you replace or update it they are used to a cage this size as their usual habitat. They also come with a proper travel carrier for being transported along with some food and toys, two sand baths and sand and two water bottles. Their cage is also kitted out with ledges, shelves and toys for them to play and jump around on. I've owned chinchillas for 7 years. I'm not a breeder, one i bought from pets at home when he was little and the other was from a rescue centre 4 years ago. They are regularly checked by my vet (annual check ups) and had their most recent one a week ago and are in perfect health. They are fantastic pets with great personalities. If you've not owned Chins before I'm more than happy to spend time explaining what's involved and what it takes to look after them. If you are interested and want to visit them multiple times to consider taking them on then that's fine. I adore these guys and the most important thing for me is they go to a good home. Unfortunately due to a job change I've not got enough time for them as I'm out the house most of the week for long hours. They don't need heaps of interaction but they do need s little each day.
