Im selling my tiny dormouse also known as a micro Squirrel. He is still a baby around 12 weeks old. He is very tiny with a brushy fluffy tail......he has been handled regular and has never bitten so very friendly although he is very fast when handling him. He comes with a viv (same one as pic) with a coconut shell that he loves to sleep in and a big branch that is as big as the viv because they loves to climb! Also he will come with a heat mat. *Please note: I only want him to go to someone who has experience with African Pygmy hedgehogs so please don't message me about Him just because you think he's cute, please only contact me if you have had a hedgehog before and are sure you can care for his needs* Unfortunately I need to re home my male African Pygmy hedgehog as due to his problems and me having a lot of exams coming up I can not give him the care he needs. I don't know his actual birthday as I bought him from a garden centre and they didn't know but I do know that he's just over 1 year old. He has problems with his feet where he gets things stuck to them and they become swollen. Because of this he needs daily baths and isn't allowed his wheel until they get better. He's been on anti biotic and anti inflammatory quite a few times and his feet are doing better now but can very easily become swollen again. He's also very grumpy as in his last home he was dropped and handled by a young child so he is grumpy as he's afraid but he's never bitten. I really want him to go to a good home where someone can give him all the care and attention that I sadly no longer have time to. I can provide a vivarium at an extra cost. Gorgeous 1 year old hedgehog. This little guy way a rescue, came to me with a massive infestation of mites, on a very bad diet and obese (he could not actually curl up in a ball). I have been working with him and he has lost some weight, has lots to do, a great diet and loves a cuddle (although gets a bit upset until he realises he is safe in someones hands or lap). He loves to be out of his cage roaming around and his favorite toy is his hamster ball (although he generally ends up falling asleep in it lol).
