This is a lovely light mahogany desk with a pine inlay which has been partially restored. It has two front drawers which open and close without difficulty. The desk was from an old grammar school and was very badly damaged. Marks and water marks remain on the pine inlay section which will need some attention. Antique - Old pitch pine floor standing cupboard - two available - partially restored

Here for offer we have a pair of old pitch fine cupboards. The listing is for one We've partially cleaned them up - here's what we've done. All carcasses scrubbed with soda solution (as advised by our French Polisher). Then treated with woodworm preparation - some evidence of historic (dead / inactive) woodworm on back of one so our treatment very much a matter or precaution/good practice. Once dried and aired, the carcasses were waxed all over, to feed and nourish the wood. So there's still some work to do depending on end use. As they are, they're very old and have bags of character Shelves inside, as seen in the pics, are fixed and non-adjustable although not a difficult job to change if needed Measurements to follow Delivery would be £55 - depending on measurements above - for the two or one, sent on a pallet, to most of UK. Used, so some minor marks but overall condition is very good. Mahogany veneer is in good order as is the leather top. No rips or tears, but signs of general use. There are 3 drawers to the top, the right hand pedestal has 3 sThe mall drawers, and the left has 1 small drawer & 1 large drawer with file suspension hangers included. The three units separate for ease of transport and slot back together. The top left drawer has some staining inside from correction fluid which I have not tried to remove but is easily hidden once the drawer is used.
