Grange village is 15mins walk away where there are 2 excellent cafes, while the Scafell Inn is a short drive or a 45min walk down the river. Our two yurts at the Seatoller Farm Campsite are situated at the end of the campsite close to the hills at the bottom of Borrwdale Valley. As part of this National Trust farm campsite we share their facilities of toilets and showers along with the 'regular' campers. Seatoller is a very small hamlet at the foot of Honister Pass and the site is next the upper reaches of the River Derwent. The Scafell Inn or Langstrath Inn are a short drive or a 45min walk down the road. Borrowdale is renown for its beauty and we are in the heart of it. There is easy access to valley and high level walks direct from both campsites. If outdoor activities are your thing then we can recommend providers of climbing, canoeing and bike hire locally.
