Static caravan, 4-6 berth at Felixstowe Nature reserve

Static caravan, Atlas Capricorn ft x 12ft situated on Suffolk sands. The caravan sits in front of amazing views of the Nature reserve and to the left, you have the quieter part of the beach to go and relax on, just a few minutes walk away. Also a few minutes by car drive (or a 10 minute walk) you have amusements, restaurants and takeaways. You are less than 10 minutes away from the local town where you can find numerous shops, a cinema, train station and a Tesco store to name a few. Lidl is a few minutes car drive and there’s also a Morrison’s. The park is nearby the A14 and very easy to find and get to. The location of the caravan is breathtaking. To the left the sea and ahead of you hills and greenery. Take a walk over the green and look out over the sea and get to Languard fort and a cafe where you can sit and watch the boats come in and out. It’s a perfect location if you want to relax on the decking with a beautiful scene or if you have a dog who can lap up the masses of green. The location of this caravan Couldn’t be more perfectly situated. Carpet (except kitchen) and double glazing throughout. Central heating also. Lounge has 2 sofas, the largest pulling out into a double sofa bed for up to two people, a small coffee table, 2 corner units, a gas fire and shelving and a mirror above. Patio doors lead off this onto 5ft decking which continues round the side of the caravan to the main entrance where you'll also find a small gate with lock and a few steps (decking added on to caravan in May). Also there’s an outside light which you can turn on or off from inside when needed and parking for around 2/3 cars. Grassed all around outside, space for a BBQ or shed etc also. Inside main entrance you’ll find a dining area with a table and chair set for up to 4 people with hanging light above. Kitchen area is adjacent to this with laminate floor, built in gas cooker, grill and oven, fridge, sink and plenty of storage over head and below. Shelf for microwave or extra storage. Double bedroom with en suite is at the end of the hallway where you'll find a double bed, built in wardrobes with shelving and rail, over head storage and a built in dressing table with mirror and stool,en suite in leading off this comprising of a wash basin, toilet, enclosed shower and a cabinet with mirror. Small bedroom has 2 single beds in, over head storage, small unit and built in wardrobes. Opposite this you'll find a toilet, wash basin and mirror above. A full gas bottle will be included but the TVs, microwave and table top freezer will not be included. This really is in a prime location and views are stunning. If you want a quiet, relaxed area this is perfect for you. You can also gain access to the sister park where you'll get night time entertainment and a swimming pool, perfect for the kids or grandchildren. A small park is onsite but you also have Martello park to the back of the holiday park which provides hours of entertainment and a cafe with toilets.
