This is Lenny, he is 4 months old and an absolute stunner as he has the saluki face. He is house trained and pretty good off the lead, loves to play with other dogs but needs coaxing back with treats which is beginning to pay off! He is good in the car as he's travelled loads in mine. He's brilliant with kids as I have 7 year old twin girls, he does like to jump up when he's excited though. He's also good with other pets as we have rabbits which have the freedom of the garden. Not sure how much bigger he will grow, his mum was only 24" and his dad 28" He's up to date with all his jabs, worming and flead, he is also microchipped. He will come with his cage, bed,blanket,toys, bowls, leads a car boot divider if needed. We want Lenny to go to a loving family home and not for working. Unfortunately only selling due to work commitments and unfair for him to be left at home all day on his own

14 month old Lurcher needs good home (Greyhound x Saluki)

This is Moss, a 14 month old Lurcher cross (Greyhound and Saluki mix) who is in need of a new home. We have had Moss since he was 3 months old (born 13th March ) and he is an incredibly good natured and lovable dog, but sadly we are now struggling to find the time to give him the attention and exercise he needs. Moss has grown up with 1 other dog in the house, is used to being picked up, handled and walked both on and off the lead. He is house trained, neutered and used to car journeys and being left alone for several hours during the day. He is fully up to date with his vaccinations and worming (which he has never had a problem with), including 'kennel cough' and is micro-chipped. Moss is still fully of puppy-like energy and just loves to play and run as much as possible. Due to changing work schedules, we are not getting a chance to take him for as many of the big walks he loves to run off steam and feel that someone with more time/space would be able to give him a better life. Moss loves to meet other dogs and, while he can be shy at first, just wants to chase and be chased. We have trained him to recall with a whistle which he is good at when there are not too many distractions. Like most sight-hound breeds, when he spots something fun to chase he will go for it, but he has always been raised as a family pet, not a racing dog. Saluki Lurcher

We are looking to rehome our 3 year old Saluki Lurcher dog. He is neutered and microchipped. Good with other dogs except at feeding times. No good with cats as chases them. We rescued Sandy when he was 5 months old for an abusive and neglectful home. After nursing him to good health and having him chipped, vaccinated and neutered we rehomed him, this turned out to be a big mistake and Sandy now has problems because of this. Physically he has recovered but he suffers from severe separation anxiety, this causes him to cry and howl if he is not with a human at all times. He also defecates in the house due to anxiety and will scratch at doors, hurting his feet to try and get to a human, even if they are only in the next room. He needs someone who can be with him at all times, has the patience to help him with his issues and not punish him for them. Sandy is very loving and has had a very poor start in life. He is to be rehomed as a pet not a working dog. Home visits are essential so we can be sure that his next home is his forever home. Sandy will not be the easiest of pet to live with and will take a lot of time, patience and love. His issues are though no fault of his own and we won't just rehome to the first person who responds.
