We are selling our much loved van as she is just too big for us. She needs a family to enjoy her. Has full TRUMA central heating & hot water. Twin axel. New tyres last summer. She is a total length of 24 feet long. Mass in running order kgs From the front going down the van; The front sofas/seating are long enough as single beds for an adult to sleep comfortably. Makes up into a king size bed. Table. Masses of overhead cupboards and a big Heiki roof light with a concertina blind. Central 3 draw unit(removable) 2 side units with shelf top, one we use for tv as has a plug socket and built in tv arial plus 12v socket. All windows have blinds and pull down net blinds. Sliding door for privacy from rest of van. Central part of van; large double wardrobe, single wardrobe all shelving. Gas fire. Another seating area/2 sofas makes up into a small double bed. Window. Sink takes a full size washing up bowl, drainer. Big cupboard under. Worktop(we put microwave on) 4ring gas hob, large oven below with pan storage below that. Again masses of overhead cupboards. Another worktop with fridge (small freezer compartment) and cupboard under. Wall cupboards with glass fronted drinks cupboard. Has bottle holders too. End of van; Bathroom accross whole back of van. Vanity sunk unit; storage under and additional wall unit. Separate shower. Toilet. Additional storage behind the bathroon door for towels. Happy to include the awning pictured. Used twice and clean. No rips or damage. Apprix 10ft x 8ft Would be great sited too. Real Home from Home van. We still have all the manuals. Crack on the inside of one of the front side windows. All upholstery in good condition. Both tyres recently replaced and good quality. FRONT SECTION: 2 sofas make into a kingsize bed or 2 good singles amply long enough for an adult to sleep comfortably. Storage under sofas. With a chest of draws between the sofas. 240v Socket, tv arial point & 12v socket. Loads of overhead cupboards, place for tv. Sliding door for privacy. MIDDLE SECTION: 2 sofas which make into a small double bed. Large double wardrobe with hanging space, extra shelf wardrobe, large cupboard under & lots of overhead cupboards, worktop with fridge/freezer under & cupboard, 240v socket, 12v socket. wall cupboard & glass fronted drinks cupboard with bottle holders. Full size gas oven & grill, 4 gas ring and glass lid. Pan storage. Sink & drainer with large cupboard under. Another worktop which is big enough to take a microwave. 240v Socket. END SECTION: large bathroom, toilet, vanity sink with cupboards under, shower. Privacy door, storage above toilet, mirror & shelves. Large Pyramid porch awning approx 8" x 10" In perfect condition. The only things wrong with the van is the front offside window. See the last picture. Has a crack accross & will need replacing. We have looked on the internet and this should be approx £40 to £100 maybe less. The Heiki rooflight has a crack in the pane around the lifting handle, we bought it like this and its never been a problem, doesnt leak. Being totally honest as we want anyone who buys this to enjoy it as much as we have. Now the technical stuff: weighs kg Twin axle. 7.4m long inc A Frame. Have all the manuals for the appliances. Lunar Lexon 640, twin axle 4 berth touring caravan. Island bed with plenty of under bed storage plenty of storage through out the caravan 2 wardrobes in bedroom plus over bed lockers. Tv point in bedroom. Separate shower and toilet which can be sectioned off for privacy as the main bedroom can be sectioned off for privacy also. 4 ring gas cooker with oven & grill. Fridge freezer. Cd radio player, & tv point. The sofa’s can be used as single beds or made in to a large double bed, the sofas have always been protected with throws. Flooring is Lino oak effect through out which is easy to maintain than carpets the flooring has been strengthened with delamination kits it was done through Lino so can see circles which it has never bothered us as we had runners down or rugs. Fly screen on main door needs replacing which we are reflecting in the price also a small tear on fly screen in window blind has been sewn easy enough to replace. Truma blown air heating which is very effective and makes the van very warm. Any questions or viewings are welcome caravan is close to Malton North Yorkshire. Sterling 26 foot win axle caravan, excellent towing van It is currently on an all year touring site, the pitch is available at around £289 per month (about the same as storage) and is adult only, so very quiet with excellent views of Dartmoor in the distance.
