Lunar Clubman Berth Caravan with L Kitchen
A lovely single axle 2 berth caravan, very easy and light to tow measuring 20.5ft overall length. Very good condition with Al-ko hitch and showing service stickers for the last 4 years. Plenty of external storage compartments along with gas bottle which is almost full. Includes Whale water pump, aquaroll for waste water and fresh water container. Externally it has an awning light, a 240v power socket, gas BBQ point, battery compartment and toilet cartridge access. There is also a spare wheel in the front locker and long electric hook up cable. Internally, it is in excellent condition. In the living area, the seats convert into a large comfy bed, along with a large tilt and slide rooflight to let in plenty of sunshine and with the flyscreen, you can fully open the rooflight to let in lots of fresh air. There’s also a free standing table that folds away neatly into it’s own storage slot out of the way when not in use. A good sized wardrobe with shelving enables ample clothes to be taken along on your holidays. Electric blown heating through the caravan along with an electric/gas Trumatic fire for those chillier nights. In the kitchen, the 3 way fridge, gas cooker and microwave are in perfect working order. The bench tops are unmarked and there is hot and cold water via water heater, which is in perfect working order. Plenty of cupboards including plate storage and cocktail cabinet, means you don’t have to skimp on the amount of food you want to take. The end bathroom is an excellent size with a Thetford C200 toilet, shower unit with hot and cold water and sink unit with underneath cupboard. There are also head height cupboards for extra storage space. Overall, it has the original flooring which is in very good condition, all fly and blackout screens, both on the windows and skylights, are working and in excellent condition. There is also a door flyscreen which again, is working and in good condition. Included in the sale are two awnings. One which we bought with the caravan and have never used. We looked at it when we purchased the caravan and it is in perfect condition, almost new without tares. I’m not sure of the name of it, but it has poles and is canvas. We merely packed it away for storage. The other one is a lightweight quick to put up awning, possible Sunncamp which has only been used about 4 times, so is still in as new condition. It is currently in a secure holding area which is paid up until May and can remain there until that time if necessary. Now the bad bit – in the really bad windy weather, a wheelie bin decided to have an argument with our caravan, resulting in two small dings in the side, which is shown on the photo. We have only had this caravan for a short time, but unfortunately, the wife has decided she’s not keen on caravanning, so there’s no point in keeping something that won’t be used! It is a lovely caravan and in very good condition, very easy to tow and move. As it is in a holding area, viewing will need to be by appointment only as it is only open certain days/times. Thanks for looking. Read More
