LOWDEN O50c 6 STRING GUITAR
I have finally decided to sell my Lowden O50c. I am going to assume that, if you are looking at this listing, you know that the O50 uses master grade timbers, and has a wonderful sound. The back and sides are master grade East Indian Rosewood. The soundboard is master grade Red Cedar. The neck is Mahogany and Rosewood. Fingerboard is Ebony. The bindings are Highly Figured Maple. The purflings are Rosewood/Maple/Mahogany. Tuners are Gotoh Gold/Ebony 510. I purchased this guitar in from someone who had bought it as an investment, but did not use it. During my ownership I bought a new saddle bone from Lowden and had it set up with a low action to suit my playing. The original saddle bone comes with the guitar, should a higher action be desired. Sadly it just does not get played. I have a shoulder injury and am now partially deaf. I have tried to show in the photos some of the exquisite Lowden features of this guitar, and if you look in the provenance photo it tells you the construction details and year of manufacture. This guitar really is in superb condition, having been stored in its case for most of its life. It is like a brand new Lowden guitar. Lowden Guitars Price List shows that the price with cutaway and G7 capo is just over £. It comes with a Lowden G7 capo, top of the range Hiscox Lifelite Pro 2 flight case, and its original warranty and provenance. The guitar is kept de-tuned and in a humidity-controlled environment. I have many more photos - just ask. Any questions please ring me. I live on the Isle of Wight but often travel to the mainland, so may be able to deliver or meet at a mutually convenient location. I could possibly send it in a guitar box insured, at cost, but would leave that decision up to the buyer. Read More
