5 year old male Lhasa Apso needs loving new home in Grantham

It is with great sadness that i need to rehome my Lhasa Rufus. Due to relationship break up and having to move and work he sadly has not been getting as much attention that is needed for him to thrive and develop. Rufus is very stubborn and just needs some training to help him,he's great with people but can be quite yappy. He has a voice and wants to be heard heis very protective around food and is a absolute no,no to go near him(want to be honest about that) wether that can be worked on. He's in love with my cat and they have a great bond,struggles with some dogs but slowly introduced to them he is ok on his say so. Loves walks but again firm hand. He just needs someone more firm and i just havent done that loves his bed and a cuddle and love. Great with kids loves my son who hes been with since 6. Groomed every 3 months and is fine. Meet Marley! My Grandparents are absolutely gutted, however they're having to rehome their lovely boy Marley due to their landlord kicking up a fuss because he sometimes messes in their garden and sits on his car! He's been with my grandparents for about 18 months now, however he's around 3. He was a stray cat and despite lots of effort they couldn't find his owner. So took him in. All was fine at first and their landlord didn't mind however recently he hasn't been very good about it. My grandparents are pushing 60 so really aren't wanting to move. He's had his vacs, they're up to date too (june) wormed and flea'd. Would make a lovely family pet, he is a little shy at first. In fact I'll be honest and say he will probably hide from you. However once he gets to know you, he will be ever so loving. Simple life, fed, watered, cuddled and brushed. Outside for the toilet then inside for some warmth.
