Chocolate Roan Cocker Spaniel Puppy - loving home needed

We are looking for a forever life long home for Dylan. He is my daughters puppy she bought him two months ago. During that time he has been a much loved member of our family and this choice to look for a new home for him has not been made lightly and is heart breaking for her (we will talk to you about this). Back to Dylan, considering he has only been here for two months he is a wonder dog. He is five months old and a chocolate roan cocker spaniel. He is dog lovers registered, micro chipped, fully vaccinated, flea and worm treatment up to date. He is very healthy and was at the vets last week for worming and a check over. He was weighed and weighs about 8kgs now so growing nicely. He is 99.9% house trained, in the last four weeks he has only had two accidents in the house. He goes to bed about 10pm and then up with us in the morning so he sleeps all the way through and is dry and clean over night. He is a very very clever little dog, so far he has learnt sit, paw, lie down and hunt. Hunt is where we hide treats under cups and he hunts to find which one it's under. He walks nicely on the lead, and is very social with other dogs. He loves to play and learn new things. He is very active as he's a puppy and a spaniel so would be best suited to a family with someone around in the day as I suspect he would get bored if left alone for long periods of time. For someone who has the time he will be absolutely amazing and I think you could teach him so many more tricks. He has his pedigree paper work and vaccination cards. He is amazing with children (we have 4 young ones). Unfortunately my 2 year old male neutered lionhead cross rabbit need to be rehomed, as he doesn't get on with my other pets and is finding this very stressful.
