Good condition, unmarked, no stains (the photos do it no justice!) and still super comfy. Frame is still perfect, no scuffs round material edges, no wear on arms due to using arm covers and no damage to the feet. Underneath, the material is still fully in place and undamaged. Only selling due to redecoration and it not matching anymore! Would be ideal for student landlords or students who need to furnish a student flat for example. Smoke and pet free home.
