Looking for a super tame young Cockatiel

I am looking for a hand raised or silly tame young cockatiel for my teenage daughter that is used to being petted and as a companion for our other Cockatiel. Preference to primrose pied but honestly just would really like a sweet bird who likes to be petted. Two lovely friendly boy Jack Russell dogs in Ferndale

Two lovely boys, the Tri coloured Jack Russel is three years old and his friend is ten months old, they are outdoor dogs and have been in a kennel environment in a garden for security, but would be good if they had a larger area or be in a home, none are toilet trained, both are very friendly even with children and other dogs as we also have another dog who we are keeping. Would like them to go together, both have been vaccinated, worked and flead. Also the Tri has been done but the pure white is entire.
