57ft Dutch Barge Widebeam Liveaboard Houseboat in Huntingdon

For Sale Dutch Barge She is fitted out as a liveaboard boat, but can still be used as a cruiser/canal day or weekend boat. She is laid out for a couple as there is one double bedroom, shower room, living room, and galley/kitchen. This could be re-arranged if the buyer desired. I lived on her for 3 years, but due to relationship breakdown she is now for sale. She is 57ft x 11.5ft so she is a wide beam, which gives a lot more living space. She was recently valued at £ by a Dutch barge specialist (valuation report is available) but I am after a quick sale so am asking £. She could do with some work doing to her, the outside needs a good clean, and the deck could do with repainting, and internally there are a couple of edges that ideally need a little finishing off for her to look pristine, but I lived on her as she is with no issues. Included in the sale is everything seen in the pictures including bed frame, washing machine/dryer, convection oven and hob, wood burning stove, rear black canvas canopy made in , all buoys and ropes.
