The quality of the fabric and upholstery overall is very high. As used, expected minor signs of use, but generally in good condition as it was used in a "best" room. One chair has a small dark mark to to the upholstery but not massively noticeable. The gold frame has some minor signs of use with the gold finish showing some wear in parts. The chair is missing its top finial but this is not noticed unless pointed out. Please view all photos in detail as they form part of the condition report. Lovely Italian leather 3-piece suite in good condition. Excellent quality made by La Bottega del Salotto. All solid leather - front, sides and back. No PVC anywhere. Very comfortable. Firm seat cushions (removable). Lovely wooden detailing and bun feet. Slight colour fading in two places but very clean with no rips, tears or damage. Large, pleasant rug in good condition 90 x x .
