Handmade, solid oak three piece suite. Made to order in . Made in Belguim to ship to Ireland for a Manor House, but the order was cancelled at the last minute and the suite was then sold privately. The suite consists of a large 3 seater sofa and 2 large arm chairs and a square foot stool. (See measurements below). All pieces sit on solid oak bun style feet and all have solid oak rolling arms that are cushioned. Also each has cushioned side headrests. The suite was last re-covered in and was completely stripped to the solid oak frame and was reupholstered in a more modern pattern. 3 PIECE SUITE COTTAGE STYLE PLUS POUFFE in Westgate On Sea

I am selling this cottage style 3 piece suite - a two seater sofa plus two arm chairs plus matching pouffe. The 2 seater sofa measures H33", W52" and D32". Each arm chair has a width of 37" from outer arm to outer arm and the pouffe measures 21" square. The overall colour is a dark beige (latte) colour with a leaf design. The leaves are stitched with a light pink and contain cream and blue in the design also. The cushioned backs have a button detail. The suite is constructed of foam over timber and has a wooden detail to each side of the sofa and chairs. The chairs and sofa have a fringe detail to the bottom edge and all cushioned seats are removable for easy cleaning. There are safety standard labels attached to all chairs. The material consists of 15% viscose, 42% polyester and 43% acrylic. Materials contain modified foam and non foam fillings in accordance with Regulation 6, Schedule 1, Part 1 and Schedule 2 Part 1 respectively. Fillings have passed the standard relevant requirements of BS and the fabric has passed general standards to the relevant requirements of BS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS FURNITURE WAS PURCHASED IN THE LATE 80's/EARLY 90's AND SAFETY STANDARDS MAY HAVE BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. The general state of the furniture is in very good condition with hardly any signs of use.
