Bunny Cottage For Sale £400 Ono 8.1" x 8.1" x 7.5" Lovely wooden play house, only 1 year old. Painted with good quality wood paint. It currently sits on a concrete base. Only selling as moving house. Super condition, paid £650, currently selling in Wicks for over £700. A small amount of 6 year old graffiti on the inside (as shown in photos) but nothing which can't be covered by a lick of paint. I have new windows still in the box, purchased these as got some paint on the windows, shutters included just never been fitted. Spare cream paint too. Buyer will need to dismantle and collect.
