Lovely dog, looking for good home

We are looking to re-home Lulu within the next few weeks due to a change in our work situation and our sons allergies. We are unsure of her breed but think she may be a Manchester Terrier, or Mini Pinscher. She is approximately 2 years old, has been neutered, had all her injections and is microchipped. She is a lovely natured dog, curious and affectionate, though a little nervous at first with men.  She loves cuddles, other dogs and children.  Lulu does have some toileting issues, preferring to toilet in the garden, rather during her walks – and we have had some accidents in doors, particularly on rugs.  Ideally, Lulu would like to be re-housed with a family that has another dog and where there will be someone at home for most of the day. We prefer a phased handover of Lulu – with the prospective owner visiting us first to show commitment and discuss suitability, then through the advice of the rescue centre we would visit the prospective owner’s home to verify ID, and then us to deliver her – so 3 visits over a short period e.g a week. Lovely young dog looking for his forever home. in Sleaford

Fluffy is a lovely young dog who I rescued from a bad situation at 5 months old. The vets best guess is that he's a bearded collie cross. He's now fit and healthy and a lovely family dog so he's looking for his forever home. He lives here with 3 young children, a chihuahua and a cat so he should fit into any family really well. He knows all of his basic commands, he walks nicely with the pushchair and is well mannered around other dogs when out and about. He does have some separation anxiety when left so his new owners will need to be aware of this. He has had all of his vaccinations, he's fleas and wormed, and he's microchipped.
