very nice corner sofa in grey fabric with real leather base and arms. 265x265cm. Was £ new only 18 months ago, am selling as it doesn't fit in my new house, as you can see in photo. It is in very good condition, no rips, tears or stains, just a few little scratches on right arm as can be seen in photo. Very spacious and comfy with large seats. Includes matching footstool with storage inside, also in very good condition. I have also just steam cleaned the sofa to freshen it up! am open to reasonable offers. collection only
