HUSQVARNA MONDO MAX STRIMMER - VGC but Needs attention

Handsome oak c. s wind-up mantel clock with key - working but needs some attention

Large very handsome s oak mantel clock which has its pendulum and key. This old clock works, after a fashion, or it did when we last tried it. It will need servicing or cleaning. The chime doesn't work. Bought for our daughter. My husband fancied himself as an amateur horologist then never got round to looking at it! The clock measures approx 16" wide x 8½" tall x 5" deep (41 x 21 x 13cm). It is a good looking clock that just needs a bit of TLC to restore to its original glory. Chime or silent modes hairspring mechanism. Manufacturer: Not known, probably German, marked 'PATENT No OTHER PATENTS PENDING, FOREIGN'. Original seller: COLE, Watchmaker and silversmith, 81, High Street, Poole'. Approximate date / year of manufacture: C's – ’s. Country of origin: Not known, probably Germany. History: Label on door shows original seller. There are two dates on the underside of the clock: and which are probably service dates. Exterior: MINT. Case, chrome bezel, hands, face all good. Mechanism: Mechanism in good condition but requires attention, possibly tight spot in going train, Hairspring escapement is good. Probably a straight forward fix, unable to repair myself due to other commitments. Does not have original key but I can supply a new after market key for £3. A lovely clock with a visible history. Lovely garden furniture (bench and seat) but needs wood replacing

Vintage heavy cast iron garden furniture consisting of one bench and one seat. The green paint is peeling in one or two places, and they are a bit wobbly because the ends of the wooden slats are no longer tight in their slots. Please see pictures. Free o/strung Piano - needs tuning but has a lovely tone.

I have just picked this up from my neigbour who needed to decorate their sitting room. The case is in average condition, mahogany wood and it will need tuning. On the plus side it sounds very nice. The treble is bright and the base melodic and not at all tubby sound that older pianos usually sound like. It will make a very nice beginners piano.
